The decision to establish joint-stock company was accepted in June 18 2010 by Grodno regional territorial fund of state property. The state registration of new company was carried out by Novogrudok District Executive Committee in June 18 2010.

The share of the Republic of Belarus in established JSC BelKredo "is 100% until the first meeting of shareholders.

The Light Industry Group BELLEGPROM includes 114 organizations (18 public and 96 private ownership with various state stake or without the authorized fund). There is no state share in charter capital in 44 companies such as JSC Elema, OJSC Slavyanka, OJSC Elise, OJSC Galanteya, JV Milavitsa.
